Why? Several reasons. We all know the mind is involved in sex too.
First, she really likes this position for herself. I get it, women donāt get as much from this as men do, generally but my wife pushes for us to do this way more often than I ask her to do it.

She accepts me, doesnāt make me feel bad about myself, my body etc. She doesnāt put me down, get angry at me when others notice me etc.
I think most will agree that when one has a loving, caring partner who really loves you, who wants you to be happy, in all ways, in and out of the bedroom, things are much better.
I didnāt have that with my first wife, but I have it with my current wife (married since 2013).
So there are many reasons that go into me doing it between my wifeās breasts and it causing me to ejaculate the quickest.
One last tidbit to add that I love. Way more times than not, my wife refers to her breasts as mine.
For instance, sheāll tell me to come over to her and play with your breasts (even though she means hers). She refers to her boobs as being mine.

Same as the majority of replies here, it was always doggy style for me, never lasted under 30 seconds, usually far less than that. It was my oāh favourite position too, donāt know why.
However since getting back to trying the positions again post-op, we just canāt get it to work anymore.
Without being too graphic, no matter what we do, I canāt get it in. Not sure if my oāh has got ermā¦ rounder (lol) or less bendy or of course something to do with me. Wedges or yoga blocks etc, tried them all.

We are the opposite, doggy seems to be the only position we have success with now. We have tried me on top missionary spoons everything we can think of and hubby goes soft or he cant get close enough. I have lost a lot of weight so weight gain should not be the issue although hubbys tummy does get in the way. In doggy i find it difficult to orgasm so have to use my wi vibe melt and hubby has difficulty in cumming as he finds it too impersonal. Glad that position works for you, it was always difficult for us as my oāh is 3ā taller than me so I just struggled to reach anyway. For years our go to was the (similar but different) spooning variant, we just loved that style, but that is getting difficult as well.
