Interesting, I never really liked tampons but since I’ve started with kegel balls I’m wondering if this will help. I’ve also started using disposable menstrual cups and those fit comfortable now.
Interesting. I also discovered if I’m starting to get a headache having an orgasm definitely stops it in its tracks, I always try natural methods rather than chemical

ooo must look out for disposable cups, want to give the discs a whirl but I have such trouble reaching!
I recommend them. I got mine on Amazon for 10dollars. I don’t use them regularly and I still wear a liner, they work great for me!
