Would you and your partner go on a nudist beach

Would definitely give it a try but unfortunately there is nothing around me that would allow me to do that

My wife would be receptive to it, willing etc. but I would not be.

We are the reverse, I would love to my OH much less

Would love to as the thought of guys and women checking the wife out and them getting off thinking about her is a huge turn on.

That’s not what Naturism is about really, people don’t generally expect to be leered at.

Anyone staring or acting strangely will get short shrift.

Would not go to a nudist beach but would love to go naked or just topless in my back garden. However, there are two young children next door who jump about on a trampoline and also climb up on a slide with a tree house. The thing is i have seen the father up on the slide looking over the fence so i do not feel i can sunbath topless in my garden.
One of the reasons why we want to move as we no longer feel we have privacy.

It’s one of my OH’s fantasies. So I’ve been looking more into it. (He compromised on my fantasy of regular sex outdoor in the summer). Now he loves it, so maybe my opinion might change like his did - the only drawback is most of the beaches are down south in the UK, but I wouldn’t mind a weekend away

I think it would be fun to try , I would have to step up my confidence game. Maybe start by dropping my boardshorts and trying a speedo.

Yes, I think we would.

Why don’t you try Europe? My husband and I started going nude a few years back. We have been to Cornwall a couple of years but the weather can be hit and miss. We have ended up trying beaches in Portugal and France and can definitely recommend. We have also been to Maspalomas in Gran Canaria where you can have a bit more fun in the dunes if you fancy

I actually might look into this. I really appreciate the idea, thanks @H_B1

Now we are older we would defiantly consider it for sure .as we have got older together we are way more confident in ourselves and our bodies so would care, especially as there would be plenty of like minded people around us.i have always gone topless on holiday since my late teens so what harm would not wearing the bottoms do

You’re very welcome @Stacy2 . We started nude sunbathing in our garden during Covid and wanted to explore it further once everything opened up again. Once you get over the initial nerves and realise everyone on the beach is in the same position,it is extremely liberating. Just make sure any holiday photos are in the locked folder on your phone before you have coffee with your friends when you are back. :joy:

Samantha here. We did for the 1st time last year in Spain. It was a horrible experience.

I was sat there topless but with my bottom half covered. I was told to hurry up and get naked or we had to leave. 2 guys were staring at me the whole time. We moved up the beach and they followed us. Ben tried telling them to stop it but they conveniently forgot to speak English.

Its put us both off nudist beaches.

Pretty much what happened to me, only they went further and i didnt have anyone to defend me. Some men seem to be controlled by their dicks rather than their brains.

Where did you go ? - that doesn’t sound nice at all and not how it should be at all !!

Picking a good and safe beach for your first time is important. Proper official beaches are good, although some are still a bit iffy as they are not policed (by other nudist), and become more like pseudo-dogging sites, where people go to show themselves off or perv on others.

The beaches on Fuerteventura are amazing and it’s so normal to have naked people on them you feel pretty comfortable - I would highly recommend there if you are exploring it - even it you stay ‘textile’ the beaches and the Island is beautiful !!

I’m going to add something here but of course no-one will agree.

Naturism is entirely lawful in the UK anywhere, so if you are behaving properly you will not get into trouble. Not suggesting that you try Blackpool or Margate beach on a bank holiday Monday of course, but we have thousands of miles of under used coastline to try.

It is a sad fact that “official” beaches publicly known to be used by naked bathers such as Brighton or Studland do attract undesirables ranging from the inevitable “Meerkats” popping up out of the dunes, to the sex pests that W-N and others have mentioned.

To avoid this why not pick somewhere else and set up discretely with a windbreak and/or beach tent, at a distance from anyone else and I guarantee you will be fine. At quieter places and especially in the evenings, you’ll be able to wander to the sea and maybe even walk along the water line for a fair distance with no-one in sight.

Myself and o’h have no desire to offend anyone, nor behave as exhibitionists, in fact she is actually quite shy.

Always have a simple wrap such a Sarong with you as sometimes covering up can be the best option. However don’t scurry to cover up in a panic as sometimes it infers guilt. Just act natural and when you spot them & think that they might pass you or come close enough to be a concern, then just wrap it round, say hello and then maybe remove it again when they’ve passed.

We have enjoyed many such times in diverse locations over the past two decades. Some that spring to mind are St Andrews, Berwick, and Dungeness, the best of all was on Kintyre.

Spending your entire life wishing you’d tried something but never got round to it is certainly a waste. Just be sensible, more so if families are around and you’ll be fine.
