Wrong Lube?

The other night I used this by accident for PIV lube (it was dark so didnt check the label)

It felt great for both of us eventhough it was a bit of a shock (in a good way) as I wasnt expecting the sensation.

I checked the bottle the following morning and it states external use only. Were both fine so no issues afterwards. The think is, my OH was on the verge of an orgasm from PIV which is very rare and she said the lube made things very intense. Is there any lube like this that can be used for PIV? I dont want to risk her getting an UTI by using the wrong product.

Just in case anyone is interested the Lube is very good when used externaly also :wink:.

Unable to advise you on any product @MrDark but it sounds like you have found something that works well for you. It would be worth knowing what ingredients are not suitable for internal use.

I think generally if it’s for sale on a sex store and says it’s not suitable to be used internally, it’s probably not suitable to be used internally.

Most likely the menthol. It’s not really something that’s supposed to go in delicate areas that are easily irritated.

@MrDark its interesting that the label says external use only, as the product description doesn’t mention it.
It says this -

Rub a dab of the arginine and menthol-infused formula into your clitoris, labia or penis to potentially enhance sensation and maximise climax potential during solo play and sex

I would not think from that, that you can’t use it internally when it is saying put it on the penis and it enhances sensation during sex :man_shrugging:t2:

I was looking at buying some of this lube too but decided not to at the last minute for the same reason that it’s saying not for internal use. I didn’t want to take a chance getting it somewhere it shouldn’t go.

I found the peppermint flavoured lube to be good, as it also has methol in it

This one sounds like it might do the job Tingling lube and it doesn’t say external use only, though it might on the label. Just don’t drink it.

I’ve never heard of a lube you can put on a penis but not use internally, the mind boggles :blush:

Just be glad it was the wrong lube you picked up and not hand sanitiser with similar labels… That stuff makes you hot hot HOT and not in a good way :joy:
