I haven’t tried that one but have tried this one and it kept slipping out. But the internal section of the one you’ve linked is a good bit bigger at 4" circumference. So with you as well, it could be a tight fit. Is DVP the intention with this?

In theory it should stay in but your partner would need to hold it so the suction doesn’t move around. That should help keep it in place. Check the reviews and see if anyone has mentioned it, surely some of the 531 people have given that a go!
