It actually works very well.
I tuck everything down between my legs then cover it and hold it in place with my gaff and it all stays in place and very well hidden.
I can’t use crotchlees knickers as there’s nothing to hold the gaff in but i can wear backless as long as there’s a gusset.

When I was reading up on crossdressing prior to taking the plunge I found that drag queens, crossdressers and female impersonators actually tuck their testicles up inside their bodies, wrap their empty scrotum around their penis then tape it all out of the way to achieve a smooth outer shape without the use of a gaff.
Since it was my intention to wear the knickers permanently I chose the much easier, but possibly less convincing, method of just tucking everything down between my legs and holding it all in place with the gaff and tight knickers.
