Delivery is only free for ‘unlimited’ members, which you get after spending £50 within 1 year. I’m not 100% sure if those requirements have changed after the site update, but thought it was worth mentioning. If you’ve spent over £50 in the last year through the same account then definitely contact customer care though

I didn’t see the gown, that would have been nice! It ooks like a lovely colour, very different to my usual black. I’m really hoping it fits! I had to go for a size 14-16 (I’m a 12-14) since the other option was 10-12, there’s no way my bum would fit in that! I’m thinking that it’s so cheap that if the top is too big I could do a bit of altering.

@SexInTheCity I have an account and have spent well over £50 this year alone. Every time I check out I only get free shipping if I spend £50 or £60 on that purchase.
