The Wartenburg pinwheel is probably the only bit of BSDM gear I don’t like at all. Not sure why, as I’m generally into sensation play. Loads of people do love them though, so don’t let me put you off from trying.

I’d suggest a hogtie as it can be a lot of fun, especially if you are good at teasing each other (ie with a feather etc). Visually they create a much naughtier spectacle than they are in reality.
