My first sex toy was bought in May 2010, so I was 28.
I was at the LAM with some friends for the first time and we sat through a wonderful workshop about the Hitachi Magic Wand.
Afterwards I was so taken by it that I had to buy one. It was a bit pricey, but it was probably one of the best choices I ever made. It is such an adaptable and versatile toy for men, women and couples. Still not bought any of the cool accessories available for it, but I love it to bits.
As I'm a bit of a masochist I also bought a cute little crop the same day, so I could have some spanking sessions with the then GF. Sadly that sat in a box for the last 9 months, until I found out my current OH is as big a masochist as I am.
It's wonderful being able to share the toys with someone else

The 1st toy? Hardly ever anymore since the batteries now rattle in it. Jessica? It depens on whenever I get my room to myself and whether I feel like using her, so once every 3-4 days, to once every 3-4 weeks!

M first toy was a very misguided choice of the Prince Charming realistic dildo. Id initally wanted the mini prince charming, but it sold out, and being impatient and anxious and young, I just got the normal one thinking it would be fine. Big mistake. It was HUGE. Massive. I still remember having to pick it up from the soting office with my dad and having to say "Dam, this is a big box to ship books off in."
It was so big I couldn't use it, so I decided just to get rid of it, in a public bin so that my parents had absolutely no chance of finding it.

I have no idea what my favorite is. I have a fair few, better considered toys now and I wouldn't like to choose a favorite. I just got my lelo mia today (In purple. I really with they had had more than two colour choices) because I wanted a really quiet, discreet, rechargable bullet just to use with ordinary wanking. Normal bullets irritate me, I hate batteries with a passion. I have a feeling it's going to get a lot of use because I've decided to keep it in my bedside drawer instead of locking it away with the others. It's nice and small and shouldn't get found, even if it does look like a tube of lipstick. =S
