Received an email just now stating “50% off 1 item of youre choice” valid until 20th October 2025.
However upon applying this voucher code it gives you -0.00?

Which is misleading as it clearly states on the email “50% off 1 item of you’re choice”
It does say select full priced items only. Its best to always check T&c’s and small print*.

T&Cs always stump me too, but always best to read them for any type of offer which gives this sort of percentage. Enjoy whatever you decide to get! We’re gonna purchase some new big toys

I have signed up though and have not received an email. Will try using the code to see if it works for me.
The code should work regardless of the email.
And the email was sent around 6pm UK time and goes in promotions on my emails.

Tried to order an item at full price and used the code but it would not give the discount. Tried another item but still the same. I have given up.

It seems very item dependant. I’m also not sure if the code works on every account or just the people who signed up. I tried the mains wand 2.0 and I know that took the discount off.

Read the fine print… UP to 50% off. Not everything 50% off.
Might be a UK code only - and in the US the only codes I’ve ever seen at 50% off were limited to LH brands.
US email I got today was the general sale “up to 50% off!” ad.
@DaveSmith and @LRLRL , yes, I think it is UK only and I think it will only work for accounts signed up to the emails. I believe everything @Stacy2 has said is correct.
It has worked for me on all Lovehoney Group branded products currently at full price with one exception. All Womanizers seem to be included except the Next Duo, presumably as that only lauched this last week, We-vibe is also included. Lovehoney toys and lingerie I’ve looked at all seem to be included.
It does not include brands not made by the Lovehoney Group.
It’s still a really, really good offer though.
ETA For anyone still trying it works until mid day today (UK time)

The lingerie I was trying to order was not a love honey one so have chosen something else and the code has worked.
