500 - Internal server error.

I'm trying to upload a photo of me in a new outfit but when I try I get:

500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Is there a way I can upload without getting this message or is it an issue at LH's end?

P.S. Can I upload more than one picture in the same outfit?

Not sure about the error, probably a problem at LH

You can definately upload more than one pic of the same outfit; I have seen it a few times before

It may be that your picture is too large - it has to be 1mb or less and yes you can upload more than one picture in the same outfit - hope this helps Hun :) xx

Scorpius12, mine was under 1mb and I still got the error. In fact, before that I tried to upload the original (not resized) image and I got a message, practically saying the file is too large to be uploaded. So I guess that is not the issue now. It could be a technical problem, but I am sure LH will fix it.

I got that error last night when trying to upload a photo so I just gave up. I was actually going to raise this issue so I'm kind of glad I'm not the only one it's happened to.

My picture was exactly 1mb as well so definitely not too large.

And yes of course you can upload more than one picture in the same outfit! I certainly have :)

I also received this error when uploading a 300k pic yesterday - I also decided to cancel, but the image appears in my "manage your uploaded photos" section as processing, so not sure what's occuring!

Ahhhh - it must be a 'blip' on the system then - hopefully someone at LH will read this and get it sorted :) xx

Oops I just checked and I had 5 photos waiting to be processed! A bit keen haha.

Hmm, the ones I tried to upload are processing too, maybe it comes up on the weekends when there are loads of photos being uploaded and the machines at Lovehoney get a bit stressed
