Hi and welcome. I think the short answer is Yes - provided you get the right one for you. The full size ones are big and heavy and men of smaller to average size sometimes report that they don't get the full benefit of the ripples and nodules and so on in the sleeve. The intermediate sized models, like the Go and the Flight, seem to work well for most men.
