I think the short answer is Yes - provided you get the right one for you. The full size ones are big and heavy and men of smaller to average size sometimes report that they don't get the full benefit of the ripples and nodules and so on in the sleeve. The intermediate sized models, like the Go and the Flight, seem to work well for most men. And there's the new Quickshot, which is only three and a half inches long - I reviewed it recently and can recommend it. Consider also whether you want to keep it entirely for your own use or get a partner to use it on you (maybe a smaller model might be best?) and whether you'll need to be discreet about where you leave it to dry when it's been cleaned.
