Absolutely silent vibrators?

Heyy LH, my first post here on the forums.

My first toy was the LH purple bullet and it was awesome. Vibrations were just right, but most importantly, it was very quiet.

I then got the LH Flash USB rechargeable vibrator, and despite the awesome reviews, I'm disappointed to hear how much louder this was conpared to the purple bullet, so I'll be returning that. You see, my house is absolutely silent at night, and I share my house, so I can't have the vibrations rip through the night. The one thing that helps me muffle the noise is my duvet.

Does anyone have any better recommendations for vibrators that is as quiet as a bullet? Thanks! <3

Hi, I don't own the purple bullet, but from all the ones I have, this http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=26487 is the quietest one. One the low settings you can't even tell it's on unless it's up to your ears. And it helps that it is AMAZING!

Hello,

It is not easy to advise since it is not clear fully to me what vibration type you like and how powerful the vibrations should be. I definitely did not use the bullet you mentioned, so I would not be able to compare. But as general rule, the vibrators do get more noisy as you apply more power so some can be decently quiet on the lower speeds, but noisy on the highest

The Lelo vibrators tend to be quiet, but they are not absolutely silent. I have yet to meet a vibrator which would be that quiet of the highest settings. But the Lelo ones are pretty quiet especially under duvet, if you do not put them on the highest speed. But again, I miss the chance to compare them.

It depends how much power you're after and what sort of price range you'd prefer, maybe the silencer bullet, the rechargeable one?

The FSOG wickedly tempting bullet is almost silent, even at the highest settings: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30890

It's one of my absolute favourite toys and the only one I feel confident using when the house is quiet and someone is in the next room. I'm paranoid about being heard and very sensitive to noise and this gets a huge thumbs up from me!

have you tried testing out the noise by keeping it on and being outside your room?

Im surprised ow little noise does travel sometimes. I have my radio on and cant hear it on the other side of my door. I know I have a few bullet style vines which are quiet and cant be heard - though the nerces are still there!

Thanks everyone! To be honest I don't need that much power, the Flash vibrator was actually too noisy and powerful even on the lowest setting.

Budget-wise, I'm more willing to try out something cheaper first, but if there are more expensive ones (>£20) but with a lot of good reviews that it's quiet enough, then I'll contemplate on getting that.

Thanks for the recommendations on Lelo and FSoG vibrators, they are rather expensive for me, so I'll need to know that it's quiet enough before thinking about getting them.

This one!

I forgot about that one! It seems to be pretty much the same as the FSOG one but in a different colour, so hopefully it will be just as quiet.

Borring bit, there's no reason they cannot be made very silent and still be powerfull just comes down to price of materials, but they all suffer from the one thing you can't avoid, overheating of the motor thus short life. Ideally the outer would be say stainless steel to get rid of said heat but then it may become too hot to use! so its a compromise.
