but it feels way too small for me... so, what do you think I should get next ? What do you have? Did you buy this one as well? How was it? Opinions?

Went onto the Doc Johnson 'medium' plug, which was way tooooo big really! I'd probably aim to get anything advertised as 'small' next then start to work up! Can't find any purple one's though I'm afriad!

I don't think that beads are that good since they can't resemble a d**** that and I find them strange. :s
I recently got sent this one to test http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=21230 although it decribes itself as medium it is much smaller that the other medium plug that I have that is also by Doc Johnson, probably the one that someone described as to big, it would be a nice step up for anyone who has tried the smaller ones and just wants something a little bigger
It really depends on what you want from a plug. Do you want something with a thin neck that stretches you only during insertion and will stay in place for a while, or with a wider neck that stretches you more when actually inserted. You say it felt way too small, so probably want something a reasonable amount bigger (but it is easy in my experience to let your eyes get the better of you!).
I would definitely go with silicone not rubber, especially for something a bit bigger, as in addition to the suspected health risks from softening components called phthalates added to many rubbers (though not the product you had), many people still get a very unplesant burning sensation from rubber as it degrades over time (particularly in light).
I would probably recommend the very well reviewed Tantus Ryder: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=9608 It is approximately an additional half inch across (which can be quite a lot), but like all Tantus toys manufactured from a very smooth silicone making it easier to insert. It is more expensive than some other toys, but you definitely get good value.
And it comes in purple!

I like the Lovehoney Orgasmic glass mini butt plug. It's a reasonable step up from the one you already have. It's very easy lube up and very pleasurable to insert and remove. Very easy to clean too.
Alternatively, have you considered an inflatable butt plug? I have a Doc Johnson Gapers one: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=13215 It's more pink than purple but it is a brilliant toy.

That is smaller than the basic one she already has. I have the basic one and was also sent that doc johnson medium one.

I'd be inclined to go with the side kick one, heard a few good reports about that
I have looked at the Lovehoney snug plugs (the large in my case), and that base just looks uncomfortable, and potentially not very safe, to me. This also seems to be borne out in the reviews. As far as I can tell this is a replacement range for three more angular silicone plugs sold on here for only a few months last year (I think they were Lovehoney branded too?). I have the large of that, and really like it, so think it is a shame they seem to have disappeared. Can anyone shed any light on this?
If you are looking for a good internal filling sensation, I would recommend the Tantus Severin medium (if that looks like something you could handle, the shape is pretty unforgiving for entry).
