We have pretty good dildos (vixen skins and others) warm water, gentle hand wash soap and a decent towel has always done us fine
With my more fancy flesh light I do sometimes leave it in the airing cupboard for abit just to make sure it’s dry

Just always leave them in then you don’t have to worry about drying them

Haha yes I wouldn’t recommend the cheap stuff as that just falls apart when drying wet things! 
I leave mine to dry in the wardrobe
