I own this penis pump:

Everything about the pump is great, except that I find the "stretchy silicone sleeve" at the entrance is a little restrictive (put it this way, there is certainly no need for a cock-ring when its this 'fitted' !)
I see that Lovehoney do a universal replacement sleeve:

I dont' see any mention of the opening on this one though, so I wondered if anyone had any experience of the replacement as to how 'tight' it might be, and / or whether it would fit the Tracey Cox Penis pump?

Ah yes, the Tracey Cox pump entrance is approx 1.25 inches in diameter, and doesn't stretch much at all!
The Universal penis pump sleeves are much more stretchy as they're made from silicone and will fit over the Tracey Cox chamber easily. I would definitely recommend swapping over to this sleeve if you want more comfort and decent suction. The silicone will stretch to acommodate you much more comfortably than the original sleeve on the pump.
The Doc Johnson orifice sleeves are softer again as they're made from a real-feel UR3 blend. They should also fit your pump and will stretch even further to accomodate you, but you may find you lose some power in suction as the material is so much softer.
My recommendation would be to go for the silicone replacement sleeves for the best balance between comfort and effectiveness.
Ok, so I tried watching all info and videos again, but can't be sure: would the universal silicone sleeve http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=20037 fit the LH Basic pump http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=20955 ? I would prefer this over the UR3 ones. We don't have an issue usually with tightness, my husband is pretty average :). Thank you, Jess!

*Era* - Your best bet might be to measure the diameter of the base of the LH Basic Pump (I couldn't see a measurement on the webpage - one of the reasons I didn't buy that pump!)
The replacement sleeves say they fit anything up to a 3" diameter, so then you should know :)

The sleeve on the TC pump is silicone too, but it's a much firmer silicone. The universal sleeves aren't as thick, and have a cross-section opening (rather than the tight ring on the TC one) so stretches much more easily.
I hope the new sleeve does the trick!
I can't recommend the Universal, like a number of the reviewers, I enjoyed the feel of it but it quickly split.
Lovehoney replaced it without issue and the new one split. I gave up with it after that and just got a refund.
