On the few occasions I’ve been lucky enough to have anal, the rectum has either been cleared out with douching or we have protected what’s important so that if it gets messy we can easily clean up. It’s part of the conversation you have when discussing if to try it I find.
Once you have your first UTI that puts you in hospital with Uro-sepsis .. you’ll wear a condom.

No, we use condoms as BC at the moment so anal is our mini release for when she wants me to cum inside her.

It’s not something my wife has ever had any interest in but purely from a hygiene standpoint, if we did then it would be with a condom

We have yet to start with butt plugs so dont know if it would lead to pia cos of my previous experience but if hubby wanted to and i was comfortable with it then i would want to use condoms.

If its H and me, we don’t use condoms for any sexual activity.
With others we use condoms for all sex.
I don’t douche and it’s never been an issue.

Hasn’t happened many times, and not really planned, and we dont use condoms, so none in the house, it would be without.
Also once it’s been in Mrs balls botty it’s not going anywhere until it’s had a good wash in the shower.

We don’t use condoms when doing anal, but we have used them in the past. Bot my wife and I think, just like with vaginal it feels way better without a condom.
Besides we like the skin on skin feel and she likes the feel of me cumming in her ass. When doing anal we make sure where clean inside either by an anal douche or a good diet. I haven’t had an UTI I always make sure I’ll pee afterwards by drinking quite some water by forehand.

For me I’ll always use a condom when with a new partner, if things develop into something more regular then I will ask them if they have been tested recently and ask to see their results. If they come back clear then I will happily ask them if they want to go without. I also show my test results. For me I can’t get enough of the feeling of being filled up with that amazing tantalising sensation of warm cum inside.
