Honestly way better than njoy wand which was previously my favourite toy.
Wear a hook, handle facing forward, sit back and beat by pulling on the handle - much much more user friendly than the njoy wand.
Unfortunately they dont seem to make anal hooks made to wear front facing on men. So the handle does come in the way a bit - I just have the handle slightly to the side - I playu with a chastity cage, the indirect beenfit is the cage stops the handle from being too much of a pain and doesnt ride on your bits.
edit: I ordered another cheap hook from a chinese site that has a wider bend which might be better. the first one was a tighter bend.
The absolute favourite thing about it is you can ride the hook sitting on the chair, the back and forth motion really hits your prostate.
If you like watching corn - if you like watching corn of females riding you can ride in sync with your favourite stars - if thats your thing. Or just play some music and ride throughthe beats.
The best thing about this - I have played with the hook non stop for 1 hr without discomfort, all the other moving prostate toys I have used eventually start to get uncomfortable and I have to take a break.
I had an amazing near super-o experience. I just couldnāt hit it because i need to play hard and fast and the handle kept riding hard into my pelvis and I couldānāt thrust deeper or faster. I need a more wider arc hook to do this I think.
itās not like riding a dildo or buttplug. itās quite different. you dont ride up and down, you ride back and forth and when you slide forward, the hook curles forward towards your prostate.

The first one I got the curve was like a cross between a U and a V, it works but gets in the way as the handle has to be towards the side a bit. this can work. but I have to be mindful to manouver the ball onto the prostate the new one I ordered has bigger measurements and the cuve is a true U shape so the handle can be used directly in front so I have better control to hit the prostate better.
You have some attachment points overhead where I play. I can suspend the hook with some bungee for some assistance holding it up for me.
Sounds like you have identified a bit of a gap in the market for a prostate toy modelled on an anal hook. Like others have said, not something I had considered before but now . . . . quite possibly have to give it a try if I see one that looks a good shape at a good price.
You have to be wary about the leverage you have on a hook, so any pressure you apply will have 2x the force on the ball end. Fulcrum affect and all that, the handle is 2x as long as the ball end. If it feels unfortable then youāre doing it wrong. if it feels pleasurable then I guess itās OK.
The anal hook is just hook shape thing with rounded large end. Itās basically like a metal but plug on the business end - shouldnt really hurt any more than normal butt plug.. Just so much better because you can place it exactly on the prostate and apply the perfect amount of pressure you need.
