I can vouch for the Anerous Helix Syn. I bought one and have used it twice. It took a bit to get used to it initially as I haven’t done much anal play, but both times I used it I had orgasms, which surprised me. Everyone is different, so you might need to try another toy. The Helix really changed how I think about p-spot play though.
Lovense Edge 2 gave me my first P spot orgasm and was great. You need to put some time and patience aside but it is worth it
