For me Anal orgasms are far more intense and far easier for me to achieve. Anal sex for me is incredibly freeing I don’t have to worry about dysmorphia or pregnancy (even though I know it won’t happen.). I can just let go and enjoy myself without worry or needing extra stimulation.

@Stretch, I definitely know what your talking about. Wife has been pegging me now over twelve years. Once I started having prostate/anal orgasms I now can just about every time.
