Butt plugs that incrementally increase in size. Just put it in and get comfortable with it for a bit, then after a couple of uses if it feels good consider progressing to the next size.
You could do dildos, but I think plugs are a little more gentle and less intimidating.
I agree with Gareth. An anal training kit providing several butt plugs of increasing size is the way to start.
Also if your partner is completely new to anal, I suggest that they explore on their own first during masturbation so they can take their time with no pressure, or expectations and just explore the sensations they may feel.

As others have said, butt plugs are the way to go. If your partner has a prostate also, I’d recommend the Aneros helix trident syn or something similar.
The key to anal play is to start small and slowly work your way up. You’ve gotten used to fingers and that’s great, now try a small plug and then a medium. Once you’re comfortable with that, you can start using penises/dildos.
Id recommend you get an anal lube also and use it liberally. Avoid numbing lubes as they not only take away from the pleasure but also suppresses the pain that tells you something is wrong. Unless you want it to, it shouldn’t hurt.

I recently started with anal beads, tried butt plugs a while ago but couldn’t get aroused by them. Just make sure you lube your bum hole up well and use loads of lube on your beads. I’ve just bought a vinyl double sheet for my bed as I tend to get lube on my bed at times. I also recommend using Lovehoney toy cleaner on your beads before and after playing.
