best bet is to look at the reviews, and choose between that, and a size that suits you.

I was always worried that back door fun could be misconstrued as being the other way inclined (which i have nothing against by the way), but for me, Anal pleasure has nothing to do with that sort of thing, its purely down to pleasuring a different area of the body.
