It depends if you are both feeling adventurous - missionary and cowgirl are pretty good options for first-timers. I would throw doggy in the middle for something extra

The two you have mentioned are good starting positions and there are a huge number of variations on these that can provide enjoyment. Play with angles, speed depth. As a couple you’ll need to work out what’s good for both of you and it may take some time for her to adjust to you. Putting her on top gives her more control so I’d actually recommend cowgirl as a starter position and go slow. Work up to positions that give deeper penetration. For cowgirl she can easily vary depth and speed, leaning forward or backwards and kneeling or squatting. Angles will also vary stimulation of her clit but if she likes an upright position then you can always use your hand. Raising your knees might also give her extra support or allow her to steady herself with her hands on you. Communicate and use lube if needed. Switch to classic missionary and it’s many variations, maybe lifting her legs to provide deeper penetration if she enjoys it. Remember it’s not a race, you don’t have to complete the 101 sexual position guide in a single session and if you feel yourself getting close when she’s still got a way to go maybe switch to other play that she enjoys and allows you time to compose yourself. I love giving my partner oral mid session when she’s really wet and it keeps us both in the mood while I get some recovery from coming too soon.
