I agree with poopsy.
Choose something that's special to you -- something you really love, or that says something about you (if you're religious, for example, you could get a stylised version of a symbol of your faith. Or you could get a special word tattoed in a language that appeals to you). Just make sure it's something you WON'T grow tired of.
