I have just purchased the Annabelle Knight wow and saw in the description that the instructions for the batteries may be wrong. I've been sat here for 20 minutes trying to figure out which way round and trying almost every way. Has anyone cracked this code and could help me out? Thank u 😊 xx
Don't have it I'm afraid, but 2 things I'd try is 1) watch product video see if they cover it in there and 2) contact live chat help
I did, I copied that and still nothing. Gonna have to try different make batteries or live chat I think. Thanks anyway xx
I have it and the first one I recieved was faulty. But it does say on the inside of the battery compartment which position each battery should be in so make sure you're checked properly. xxx
If you've followed the directions in the battery compartment and screwed the cap on tightly and it still won't work, then contact customer care x
