Having just bought some of LH “ perfect Pair” ones I can say absolutely yes.
They do work, and make your nipples larger, and more sensitive. You can vary the suction level by changing the amount you squeeze the bulbs.
They look kind of funny, but do the job for sure.

Got a set for my wife recently, I do think they work. I found best results if you use on one nipple, take it off after 5mins and pay it attention while having it on the second nipple and keep rotating.
I think they would be better for tie up and blindfolded nights. For us that is mainly when we are away.

I’d personally like to try the ones that flick your nipples while they are suctioned to your nipples. That sounds interesting.
We have some and they were all good fun until the suction got stuck and I couldn’t get one of them off without excruciating pain in the middle of quite a heavy impact scene. It was quite funny after but at the time I was not a happy bunny. I may be a masochist but that was a little too much 
Depending on the type you buy they can be even more painful than clamps if that’s what you want.
