I’ve done quite a few surveys in the past week or so, never been kicked off any despite my answers. Maybe it’s just me being a bit thick but I have no idea how the topics bit works on there 
There’s never any topics being discussed as far as I can see, so I agree it’s not particularly user friendly.
Quick update, recently recieved a survey for 70 points; that is the most I have seen in a long time.

Think I did the same. It promised 50 but gave 70. I need 15 points for the Arcwave Ion

You can get 10 points per post on the forum for a total of 200 points per month, just as an FYI

I had similar… said 70 at the start, then at the end said 50 had been awarded but it was in fact 70 when I checked my account. Think someone inserted an oops slide at the end of the survey.
I didn’t have any through December though so it was nice to get a Happy New Year survey on Jan 1st 
If you need 15 points just find a few threads you’re interested in on the Wow forum to comment on, you get points for participating in their forum as well as surveys. The forum just drives me nuts as it’s so hard to navigate compared to here… I’ve rather given up on it but for a needed 15 points it’s definitely worth while.

We post regularly enough to always get 200 a month. We try to use it properly though and be helpful rather than spam. Got another survey though so requested the Ion

I’ve just been sent a Survey about packaging, but it keeps crashing before it completes. Anyone else having issues with it?

Managed to complete it.
1 - Don’t close your browser.
2 - Copy and paste the link from the email into your browser.
3 - The Survey should reload to the point you had got to before.
Repeat this as necessary.
It just keeps throwing me out 
Threw me out too and now the survey is gone, won’t open at all
If you’re talking about the Fifty Shades Packaging survey from, previously “Wow Tech” but now “Lovehoney Group” but nothing actually to do with the Lovehoney shopping site or this forum then no, I followed the link from my email and it completed fine for me. l’ve only just done it though so maybe they’ve fixed something?
Does anyone mind if I merge this thread with Are you signed up for the surveys to earn free Womanizer Toys? as I think this will be quite confusing for anyone not signed up to Wow Tech (now Lovehoney Group)?

Anyone else had the slightly bazaar bathroom survey today? Quick one to do and links all worked fine from direct email link but quite odd not to be asked about sex toys (or not really)
Nothing here. 
Maybe it was a special just for me on bathroom design?
