I wonder whether itās sometimes first come first serve for a limited number of toys. After that everyone is disqualified
I think i had that one. Thought i would be well in with the number of products selected but nope!

Managed to sign up for this today! Completed one survey on my phone, tried to log in via desktop and the site lags really bad! Is this a commonly occurring issue?

Iāve just jumped on desktop, and it seems to be taking a lot longer than usual to load. This is definitely not the normal experience!
Fingers crossed thereās was just a couple of updates and itāll be all back to normal shortly

I read here a few months ago but never actually signed up, but today I had some extra time on my hands so Iāve registered and done the introductory survey 
I registered for this today but Iām not finding it particularly user friendly! Does anyone know if other people can see my full name and email address? My account shows both but I donāt know how much anyone else can see? I chose a username similar to my username on this forum but my account is showing my real name. If itās visible to everyone then Iāll have to delete my account.
Firstly, hi @Sunflowann and welcome to the Lovehoney Forum! Hopefully youāll like it here. I have seen you on Wow Tech (or Lovehoney Group as it now is). Interesting topics quite often but I do much prefer here for ease of use and keeping track of topics youāve commented on or are interested in.
@Kitty-Cat01 , no, it is not very user friendly but 100% no other forum members can see your name or email address. If you click on other members, youāll see you canāt see any information about them. Only you (and presumably some Lovehoney Group staff, same as here) can see your profile.

My avatar (i think thatās what you call the circle thing with your initials or picture in it) has my real initials at the moment and I donāt know how to change it.
