To begin with I found it too tight and could only wear it for a short period. But I now absolutely love the feeling of wearing, either with OH or solo play. Wearing it also helps delay my climax, so win-win, and can recommend.
I have added a metal ball stretching weight as well now, which definitely adds to the experience. Wife loves it when in doggy and the added weight and reach slaps against her.
Question is, I find the metal weight difficult to screw together, often catching and nipping some skin in the process.
I agree with @tintin those aren’t painful at all just a nice tug weight feeling, something you can feel but not uncomfortable, I have never ventured into the metal ones though.
One of my friends allowed me to try this once and funnily my saggy balls fitted in just nice whereas he said his balls being tighter tends to take some efforts to get into and feel comfy
Try the magnetic balls stretchers - you still need to be careful to avoid pinching but you don’t have to fiddle with nuts and bolts. I always squeeze the sack above my balls with my fingers and then there is a small area for the stretcher to go around
It can be just a case of manipulating your scrotum to avoid the pinch, but can be very dependent on your position. Sitting down can make it a bit tight and your penis always gets in the way, but you get the support of your thighs and can take your time. Pulling your balls away and down so your scrotum is pushed hard into the lower U of the weight can help.
If you’re using an allen key type then I just wouldn’t worry. Tighten it slowly and as you start to feel the pinch, pull the skin out of the way and continue tightening. Then partially slot the top half into place and lower it as much as possible. Move the skin out of the way and put the screw in. Again tighten until it pinches. Pull the skin out of the way and continue tightening. Its an iterative process but shouldn’t hurt..
Its much worse with magnetic ones as the magnets will jump together quickly and with enough force to hurt. You either accept thats part of the process or you find a way to slow down their coming together, accept they’ll pinch a little and then pull your skin out. Its not that bad if you’re shaved. I also find the magnets are not as strong as you need and if you walk, can break apart.
I’ve got one black silicone stretcher that comes with an additional tighter ring to go around the outside. I find that becomes far too tight, cuts off the circulation and is alarmingly difficult to get off.
I think the big soft Oxballs types work well as they’re a nice balance of light constriction and height that adds pressure in two directions.
