A friend I once had, who I used to play with had one in her house.
Nobody else in her village, or even her ex-boyfriend, who visited her house knew what she did.
It was a fairly large, very well equipped BDSM room, in her large house.
Her son and mum knew though!
@Outdoorseyguy - I am planning one in our holiday home in Spain as the house has an under build - this is ideal as access is not obvious and no windows or doors so no one can look in
Itâs dry and good height and about the size of a single garage
Itâs currently not used apart from a dumping area - but we plan to get the walls plastered first and then work on flooring and colour 
We donât have a separate room but we have some quickly erectable bondage furniture in our master bedroom.
Things are so much better when they are quickly erectable.
Would love a room just for this purpose but sadly lack room , i made a four poster bed with hidden point on it for a cross and a swing , that is more than good enough for us and nobody can tell when looking at it , result !!
well, not yet but we did watch âHow to build a sex roomâ and it gave us loads of ideas. Will keep this in mind when searching for our next home! One spare bedroom will be our future sex room.
We havenât got one but weâre planning on moving house in the next year or so and having an extra room/basement is something we both want. It really depends on budget etc, but if it means doing a bit of overtime to make it pay itâll be worth it 
Get that up and ready and you will be there at every opportunity. Good for you I am rather jealous.

Furniture that is specifically designed to be Dungeon equipment can be expensive and take up space.
We have however found a few creative ways of making an âat home dungeonâ. These are stuff we have done before to make an at home dungeon:
-under the bed restraints. You can also use the restraints in different unique ways to put you or your partner in positions other than simply on your back or front
-there are a lot of door restraint sets out there. Sometimes you can even get two and create a sorta âfake st android crossâ or put yourself in a similar position.
-invest in a âshoe benchâ from any furniture store, online retailer, department store, etc. Shoe benches usually sit by the door and are typically used to sit in and put on shoes. As such they can usually hold a lot of weight and are inexpensive (I bought mine for $80 Canadian from online and it can hold over 300 pounds). Some shoe benches even have a part thatâs lower and a metal frame that make restraints easy to set up.
A shoe bench can make an impromptu spanking bench.
And sometimes we have set up all of these at once and had a whole at home dungeon experience

Oh how i wish that this was really a thing.
Thereâs also getting to be more and more craftspeople online who sell either finished works or the plans for modular and collapsible implements. Iâve seen crosses, benches, and stocks that are constructed of interlocking framing lumber and could be broken down to pack flat under a bed.
We have designated a large shed (with windows) as a love shack. The new blinds are there for a reason, and those hooks in the ceiling (which nobody would ever notice or think were significant) are there to hold up a sex swing that is ingeniously stored where only we could find it.
Unfortunately, the whole place is currently full of stuff that we have no other room for at the moment, but one day it will be the scene of some adventures. Not BDSM adventures, as such, but exciting enough.
