What is your favorite way to clean your bum prior to anal. We have used douches, but curious if anyone has a favorite, or most effective way of cleaning in there?
I have seen syringes, shower head attachments (which I have read are not good to use, so what are thoughts in that if it is something you have used before), douches, different types of douches, enemas, not sure what else there is out there.
I’ve been very lucky so far as I haven’t had any accidents when it comes to anal I’m the bedroom, it could be an age thing but it might just be because I have a lot of fibre in my diet. When it comes to general hygiene though I find that a shower works wonders 
I use a pump enema cleaner with a relaxing lube before I shower. Seems to clean before anything from beads to plugs
Following this thread as I seem to struggle with douching at times, either get guts ache or poop just keeps on coming after the 6th attempt!
I mostly like my shower head attachment, but you do need to learn the safety and how to use
if wanting to practice longer term anal however, your meals/diet seems to be the way!
