So toys staying put back there is a bit if a challenge during sex, you really need something with a bigger head and narrow stem to stand any chance really.
For me, I think the best choice is a buttplug and in terms of safety and Stainforth put, the Njoy steel plugs are the clear winner. The base on them is very flared so its not lokely to disapear on you, and they have a great shape to hit the right spot. They are quite pricey but I’d rather pay a little more than have to go to the hospital to have anything else removed haha.

I’ve tried using the steel plugs during sex but find it doesn’t take long for them to start causing discomfort and end up having to stop to either re-lube or remove them. Only use them for solo play every now and then.
Recently got myself a rotating and vibrating silicone plug that feels much better, hardly notice it and feels so much better gripping on it. Still to actually have it vibrating or rotating during sex though.

Whatever you go for I much prefer the ones that are cock ring attached as it feeels more secure and get the travel of the vibrations through the whole toy.

Aneros orgasm is a great butt plug for hitting the prostate during static solo but isn’t any good for moving sex.
Dildos or vibrating butt plugs won’t stay in.
I normally do most of my prostate play solo, sometimes with my wife for sex we’ll both wear a hutt plug for a bit of variety.
Lovehoney glass butt plug medium stays in well and I’ve got a few silicone ones too.
In theory steel should stay lubed up for longer than silicone.
Maybe trying using your fingers putting more lube into your ass first and lots over the butt plug and should last a while unless your having a marathon session. Enjoy!
