We've used the Tantus P-spot in a harness, and it worked well. I have yet to manage a hands-free orgasm from strap-on sex though. I've only managed using a prostate stimulator on my own.
I think the secret to good prostate stimulation is a big but soft dildo. Unfortunately, Tantus seem to be rather fond of using a pretty hard grade of silicone which is why our Feeldoe Stout has been superseded by a Fun Factory Share XL - which is a similar size but soft and rippled.
We are keen on the double-ended types so that we both get the maximum out of it so I can't say what would be a similar 'single ended' device.
We've ended up testing quite a few dildo's that came in grab bags etc. for strapon play and in my opinion it very much depends on how you want to use it.
My personal favourite is the Doc Johnson UR3 Blush Ballsy which is soft but quite textured. This lets her get going nice and fast and there's always a ridge to hit the right spot, there's also less worrying about hitting the exact spot. Plenty of motion in the ocean tends to work well. The only down side is we left it in the harness which had a PVC ring which reacted with it and melted it a little.
Other more smooth (Silicon Flare) dildo's work more like a massager and you have to be a bit more exact in finding the right spot. It doesn't feel like above and IMO a finger (or two) works much better anyway!
I found the bendover beginners kit fairly poor, the constant changing diameter of the dildo makes it very hard to relax and be comfortable whereas others, once they're in, they're in!

Yes we would recommend it, H finds it comfy to wear, the bullet in it could be more powerful, so if you have your own, insert that instead of the one that comes with the harness.
