So after getting a good spanking what creams / tips do people use ?
I don’t have any specific recommendations but a nourishing moisturising cream, something that is cooling too. Possibly aloe Vera?
Yeah I’d say some organic aloe Vera from Holland and Barrett's would help and if you put it in the fridge to activate it’s cooling properties ;)
Arnica can help with any bruising.

You can get it by the litre from QVC (the shopping channel). I go through gallons of it for muscular pain and restless legs. I buy it when it's on offer as it isn't cheap.
It also shouldn't be used on broken skin.
Aloe or nappy creams like zinc and castor (cheap in Boots) or even Sudocrem for fresh soreness if the skin is broken. Baby cream can be a bit messy so old knickers are essential.
