You could try a Tenga Egg, which is a masturbation sleeve. It comes with lubricant that is poured into the sleeve. The rolled up sleeve is placed on the tip of the erect penis, and it is rolled down to cover the penis. The lubricant is inside the sleeve, and it does not dissipate. The sleeve also has ridges in it that simulate the ridges in the vagina. Hands are used on the outside of the sleeve for stimulation.
