Does anyone else find that by the time black friday rolls around they already own everything they want because they're not patient enough to wait all year for sales on the new items?

I'm quite new to LH, does anyone know what sort of Black Friday offers were going on last year? I know they could be really different this year but just an idea, kinda want to know what I'm holding out for!
I am also quite new and don't fully understand how all the different sales work. Black Friday sales have already started, but Black Friday is still a week away - will more items be added to the sale in the meantime? Will the discounts go up? Both? Everybody seems very excited, so I assume there's something big coming :)
To be honest it's hard to tell what's coming until it turns up. The deal today (Β£20 off Β£50) is a good one as it's stackable with another coded offer, so you can get even more money off. It's only on until midnight though, and I don't know if they'll be another tomorrow. I'm hoping there'll be something every day until Cyber Monday, but I'm just a regular pleb so I can't guarantee anything. π
If you put together a wishlist of things you'd like then you can keep an eye out for any that turn up in the sale. And if you want to get anyone's opinion about a toy before you buy then feel free to start a thread and ask. π

I already follow the special offers thread, thank you for keeping it up to date! I was planning to take advantage of that offer, precisely because it was stackable, but due to a problem with my payment method I missed it by a few minutes. Oh well. Hopefully there will be something interesting this weekend, as I'd like to get some of the purple reins items currently on offer.
My plan right now is to make a wishlist specifically for items in the sale, to keep track of prices and make sure they're in stock without having 25 open tabs, which is definitely a danger for me :)
