There doesn't seem to be a way to report a user until they post. None the less there seems a rather blatant spam account here that I should bring to the attention of LH staff, it won't take long to figure out which one it is.
I agree flanuer, I believe if it concerns you sufficiently then you could either email or talk to live chat
