I bought a vibrating pussy pump with tongue attachment. However, the small hole for the pump seems to get blocked with lube, even if I only use a small amount. This then means the suction is very weak. Any ideas how to sort this. Putting the suction on and blocking one hole seems to clear some of it out, but it keeps happening. It’s annoying because it’s the best toy I’ve ever used.
Perhaps try something that’s not as gunky as lube? Perhaps try coconut oil? It should provide all the lubrication needed without clogging up anything (and good for the skin!).
Will be more difficult to clean though, as with any oil.
I’m not a fan of oils due to sensory issues. Someone on another post mentioned using a pump in the bath or submersing in warm water, but this type isn’t waterproof, just splash proof.
Are you using water based lube? Presume you need lube to get good suction seal?

Do you need to use lube? I have the lovehoney version of this toy and I don’t bother using lube, the seal is fine without any.

If you still want or need to use lube, the only thing i could suggest is to ensure you use one that is on the runny side of things. Some water based non silicone lube such as sliquid natural is reasonably runny and may not cause the same issues a more gel like lube would.
I agree with @Kitty-Cat01 , I have a few different pumps and have never needed lube with any to create an excellent seal. I guess it depends what material your pump’s seal is made from but I would suggest just skipping the lube entirely.

I use quite a runny lube. I tried a thicker water based one a while bank and hated it. I’ll try without lube next time, once it’s dried out. The vacuum exhaust hole is tiny, which is great for milder suction but not so good when it starts sucking up lube and blocking!

It’s honestly the best toy I’ve ever used so it’s frustrating when it blocks and the suction dies.
In that case definitely putting shout outs to @JoCat , @wildflower , @ChloJakes and @Kitty-Cat01 (who, I know, has already replied above). These are regular and very helpful forum members and have reviewed this exact toy so can maybe help you more specifically. It does have a silicone seal so, I think, the seal should work fine without any lube. Comes down to whether the tongue needs lube to work well for you or not I guess but maybe those tagged above can help with the problem you’re encountering.

Hey, yes I do indeed have that toy, it’s fab!
I use lube with it but I’ve had no issues with any clogging up. Personally I couldn’t get by without lube, especially for the tongue flicking part.
Maybe try it without lube and see how it goes. Sorry I can’t offer anything more helpful.

I do have this toy and it was a strong favourite of mine but lately its not been working as it was when I first got it.
I never even noticed the wee hole to be honest and I thought it was that toy until you mentioned the hole, then I decided it couldn’t be. I’ve never had any issues with the lube, I just put a wee bit on my finger and run it around the strip, and whatever is left gets wiped on my clit for the tongue flicking. Maybe you’re using more lube than me? I wash it afterwards, just over the tongue and the base of it, so it would clean the hole too. Then a spritz with toy cleaner, rinse and leave to dry.
The issue I’m having is that it used to pump and release and it was like it was bringing my clit to the tongue and then moving it away. Loved that. Now it pumps, then pumps some more and more, with no release. Then it eventually stops working until I force it to release. Sad times.
