Realistically achievable: I keep meaning to order a sex position stool, I just haven’t got round to it yet. It’s not that I can’t, I keep forgetting — it’s not the kind of thing one writes on their “to do” list 
Fantasy: exploring my medical kink, there’s now it looks in my head and how it actually goes. I have a tendency to resist it and I’m not sure why, I guess because of the “wrongness” of it. I guess it just seems better not to “go there” and let myself be vulnerable to more condemnation.
