Butt plug keeps falling out

I used this lovehoney butt plug for the first time last night and it kept falling out!! Does anyone have experience of this? Does it mean I need a bigger one? Any help appreciated

It could be for a few reasons.

  • the taper is just not a good fit for your body.
  • It’s to weighty.
  • It’s not weighty enough for you to engage your pelvic floor muscles.

I myself have a number of butt plugs and tee plugs and I am guessing that the neck may be a bit too large . The size of the internal plug does not matter near as much as the neck size . Needs to be a dramatic difference to stay firm . The other biggest problem might be a bit too much lube . Hope this helps .

I have this exact one and unfortunately for me, it is a more solo focused toy. The neck is not small enough for me to keep in place during more rigorous activities.

Looking at its the taper is almost Identical either side of it widest so it’s probably just that thats just not holding it it, if you look at most butt plugs there’s hardly any taper after the widest part so the anus closes up behind the plug.
It could also be a sign you need to try the next size, but carefully, also you can never use enough lube when doing anal play.
For low wearing the right plug should stay in comfortably for as long as you want to try,
Weirdly the most comfortable both me and my GF have found are glass ones.

My favorite for activities is a remote controlled ( smart phone ) egg , they have a long slender neck . The only thing that happens some times is when you sit down there is also a button on the end of the neck and can change the setting or turn off . If I were a woman I would have two of them for double the fun .

Ive got to agree with most comments here, the plug and the neck are too similar in size so i would expect this to slip back out.

Most butt plugs have a bulb straight to the narrow neck like show in these plugs

Personally I love big plugs so they stretch me out and once in the anus clamps on the thin neck.

Maybe you need one that has a bigger bulb and thinner shaft cause looking at the one you have it’s very much the same up and down so would mean it’d slide out easier…

Samantha here. The neck is too big i think. I have similar ones and they arent as good as say the metal jewel butt plugs
