I think its just the extra stimulation that makes the whole sexual pleasure more intense and in turn makes your orgasm feel so much stronger

Ok so I want to try butt toys, but how do we get around the gross aspect. Not so much the clean up but the smells? I have noticed that smells linger on toys A LOT, despite washing. Are condoms the only way around it? Is there some magical way of cleaning them that gets rid of the smell? Do some toys get less stinky?
