Those briefs look so comfortable compared to normal harnesses.

Well until you get a proper answer from someone who has used them themselves I'll have to do.
I've seen them used in porn countless times, there is even a site dedicated to them. From the looks of it they are not too difficult to use although they do sometimes need to be pushed back inside. However in some positions they were going at it rediculusly hard and didn't need to ajust it once.

I have two versions of these. The first one is light enough to use easily and without too much effort. The other is much heavier and gives a workout to your core muscles. I cannot use the second one for too long as it just hurts after a while. My suggestion is to try them out if you have good kegel muscles. They are very good for skin to skin contact and feel more intimate than general harness and dildos.
Personally I wouldn't recommend the Doc Johnson version as I don't trust their materials. The ones I have are pure silicone. I would recommend the Tantus Feeldoe or Realdoe versions. I have a Tantus version of the strapless strap on and it is very good. That is the lighter one.
You might like to try using it with a harness first while you're getting the hang of it. You do need seriously strong kegals and good control.
