Can you cover your stomach and still be sexy?

Sorry if this post has already been covered, i have had a little nose around before posting..

I've always been a bit on the curvy (ok, lumpy and bumpy.. but my boyfriend insists they're curves) side but recently some health issues have made my weight all over the place. At the moment i'm a size 14/16 and all the weight is sitting around my stomach and thighs, along with some very attractive stretch marks because of the sudden weight gain.. i'm hating it.

I'm wanting to buy some nice lingerie for fun time with my OH but i feel so fat and unattractive in everything.. So basically my question is, what can i wear that'll look sexy but cover enough of my stomach/tops of my thighs so that i don't feel like a whale?!

I personally love the babydolls. I can give myself a nice cleavage with the support.. cover my belly with pretty lace.. and esp those with the plastic boning for extra support give sexy fills around your bottom giving your partner a cheeky glimps of your butt. Even on my off days when my belly decides to inflate, I still feel really sexy in them.

I am also a huge lover of real steel boned corsets. I have a simple black waspie which cost me £125 and that was at least 2 years ago and it's still in perfect condition. Perfect when I want to fake some extra curves and as a love of restriction where is something so sexy having a guy from behind holding onto my sinched in waist. YUM!

Dont forget corsets! My tummy is the only part of my body I'm not comfortable with, and corsets do the job a treat.

You can get corsets with skirts too which may help with thigh issues!

I'm fat and i can wear chemise style things and babydolls etc

basques and corsets are good also but if you wan something floaty i'd go with a babydollm

yep i'm with you all the way girls bustiers and chemise are a real turn on when you maybe a bit less slimmer then usual

I would definitely recommend babydolls that are open at the front. They hang nicely and are very flattering. They are also very comfortable and sexy! Add a pair of lace hold ups and you are sorted!

Oh and open at the front because they give a teasing sight of flesh without everything having to be on show. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and sexy in yourself - your partner will pick up on it xxx

That is the idea. It's much hotter for a guy to have to think about what is underneath and make him wait for it than it is to hand it to him on a plate. Much more enjoyable. Anticipation is very important x

I would steer clear of anything that clings if you are a little self conscious at the moment maybe something like this: -

or like the others have suggested, a corset as it will make you look super hot and its a good way of covering up. They tend to make you look curvy (in a good way) and push up your boobs.

Also i am sure your OH thinks you look great anyway and you are over worrying like us women do : )
