Can't turn on my love egg?

I have a Desire Luxury Rechargeable Remote Control Love Egg Vibrator , I really love the size and power of it, and id say it’s my favorite toy. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to turn it on for a while now and I’m not sure what the issue is.

When I plug it in to charge the light works fine, blinking as it charges and staying on once it’s fully charged. But nothing happens when I unplug it and press the power button (both short press and sustained holding down) and it won’t respond to the remote either.

If anyone has any idea of how I could troubleshoot it or fix it that’d be very appreciated cause I really miss using it :frowning:

It sounds like you have been checking for the travel lock. I think its time to speak with the customer service team or may be the new AI facility.

Hello and welcome , follow the advice from steve19 and call customer service , sounds faulty or you may be doing something incorrect , easily done as im a grand master at cocking up anything electrical :grinning: :grinning:

Assuming that you have turn on both the love egg and the remote, then as previously suggested a call to LH customer services is on order.

Sounds like a case for customer service but at a guess I’d say either travel locked or the battery has had it if it’s a fairly old toy

I bought it sometime between 2020 and 2021, is that old for a frequently used toy?

I’ve also thought about the travel lock, I found the manual and it says that plugging the egg into the charger unlocks it, so I don’t think it’s locked.

Still worth trying to unlock it just i case, though i doubt it will solve your issue.

Sadly toys, especially when regularly used, have a finite lifetime.

I expect anything that vibrates quite a bit will put out some challenging wear on all parts around it.

Is it still for sale? Could you still replace it? The Desire range packs quite a punch power wise, if not produced anymore, you may find we-vive has similarly rumbly vibes.

For a frequently used toy I’d say that’s rather old for a rechargeable battery life as from the day you start using it slowly stops holding charge till literally just don’t work anymore.
Have you tested to see if it works while plugged in on charge? That’s usually a good tell sign
