I have been with women who’ve experienced these kind of orgasms. My long-term partner (for more than 15 years) almost exclusively has these “cervical orgasms” as she reaches and experiences these intensive long-waved and sometimes multiple orgasms when she is penetrated with a large penis. Many men (and women) don’t know that you can basically go past the cervix if you slowly move the cervix “to the side” and push the penis further in into the so-called posterior fornix of the vagina. Five years late, but when we were pregnant it was explained that the main reason is that semen helps break down the mucus plug when it’s starting to ripen. I think it’s more of an assist and accelerate than a cause, or else having sex anytime during the pregnancy would be risky.
