Ork, when you spend 3 months naked surrounded by clothed females it kills any fantasy.....was a bloody good laugh at times, specialy since I was a hormonal 17 yr old, try spending three hours suspended on a pole naked with 6 nurses and a surgeon being covered in wet plaster....sort of erotic to start but bloody painful in the end

Thats the thing about nurse fantasies, if you are ill or have a problem they dont work, if you arnt ill its just a type of pantomime. One night I had to get onut of bed with a body cast on (down my right leg) , stand on my left leg with my arm around a very pretty nurse, she held a bottle while I peed in it. Gunther husband spent 5 months naked in ICU and said similar things.

Though I have to be blunt and say that Gunther's hospital experiences are not personally very helpful, relating a serious environment into a fantasy or sex game one seems a bit odd to say the least. Its a cultural thing as much as anything i think, we are accustomed to wearing clothes and feel vulnerable without them. I used to go in mixed saunas in Germany. When everyone is nude its OK and a sort of cathartic (not sexual) experience. However one day a woman had lost an earring or something and came into the sauna/shower area fully clothed, even though she had been in the sauna nude when I went in I felt a bit vulnerable and exposed being nakled when she wasnt.
Watching documentaries on other south african and far east tribes who live naked or almost naked they arnt bothered at all so I think it is cos we are conditioned to be clothed.

It was Tierra del Fuego (southern tip of South America), the indigenous people submerged their children in water soon after birth to accustom them to the cold, though we are descended from people who survived the ice ages, dont think thats possible without clothes.
Keeping people naked is outlawed in the Geneva convention as cruel or inhumane treatment, it is humiliating to most. That is where the "dominant" aspect comes from.
