Hi there, can anyone point me to correct direction of where I change my postal address please?
Long story short, I moved two years ago, and I have placed an order that has gone to my previous address (my ex lives there - awkward!)
Thing is, I don't undersand why?
I have ordered during the last two years and they have been delivered to my correct address so I have no idea why it's suddenly reverted back to my old address.
I'm so mad, really wanted my item for today!
Is the previous address your default address? It will just send your parcels to your default address if you don't choose another option.
You can change it by going to the page 'Your Account', scroll down past the order history until you see the sub-heading personal settings, then just click on manage your address book and enter the new address. Make sure to remove the old one to avoid this happening again :)

I really don't know why it had my previous address still on, I'm sure I changed all my addresses about two years ago.. and I have ordered from here since moving and they've been delivered here.
