Your reviews are too brief to be considered for tester items. We’ve got a great guide for writing reviews if you wanted to check it out - also the “my reviews” thread, has lots of reviews from past and present testers posted there 
Additionally - it may be worth selecting a username that isn’t a default one as this will help me remember your previous reviews better

I notice you have submitted your reviews with a different username - this isn’t an issue, however any tester review emails will be added with your forum username. We can change this to the username you have submitted your reviews with, if you would like

I would also suggest updating your forum username to something more unique, rather than using the default username - this will help during selection as your reviews will be more memorable
we’re back from an absence of a while and can’t seem to see any of the reviews that we’ve posted previously. Is there any way we can find these and how are we doing?

Your reviews from before are still active - although the only way to see them is on the item’s product page - rather than having a review profile

Your reviews are still great! One thing to note would be that you have only really reviewed two types of toy, which is fine if these are the only types that you are interested in reviewing - but if not, then it may be worth reviewing a few different types of item
