Hey all, I'm sorry if this has been asked but I can't seem to find anything.
I've just bought a fleshlight and wondering what the best way is to clean it? There's a few LH videos, the older video with the dude on says not to wash with soapy water, the more recent video says to wash with soapy water... so a bit of conflicting info there! Obviously I'd like to prolong my investment :)
The reviews to the fleshwash and the video provides enough information. Basically rinse and then use the spray and air dry. I'm not sure how different this is to the usual sex toy cleaner although it says specialised for the cyberskin material...
Can I just say, thank you everyone for all your help and comments, in particular Avrielle_Aniko for the detailed and very informative post. Really really helpful. I wasn't really aware about this cleaning stuff tbh and have just been giving it a very thorough wash. I've only used it a few times though so hopefully that shouldn't have had too much of an effect.
So with the powder cleaner, presuming it's not past rescuing will it always have that effect of making it feel like new?
Also, Alice, I can't seem to find that video now, I wonder if it's been taken off. But it was a bald chap in a lab coat with the old logo etc.
Sorry to revive my old thread, but I've since followed instructions on here. I purchased the genuine clearner and renewer powder, and when I turned it inside out and applied the powder and spray it's as if the quality has deteriorated a bit. Bobbles of the sleeve material seem to have been pulled off, left a little dent and stuck somewhere else. I've literally used it a handful of times... is this usual? I've not used it since so I couldn't say as to whether it performs just as well or not, but looking at it, it looks I've given it a right pounding!
Doesn't look like it contains those... I just assumed, as it came free with my purchase, it would be suitable. I'll see if anyone from LH chimes in or I'll drop an email as you say. The returns service is great but something like this feels a bit wrong to return haha! Shame really, I feel I've treated it correctly, only used it a few times. It doesn't look terrible but doesn't really look right either yknow...
